you will be you'll be responsible for partnering assigned business divisions to support talent acquisition needs by recruiting and sourcing for open positions in all plants in Mexico Atlacomulco, Toluca, Lerma, Ramos, Toluca FP and Toluca III. This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be responsible for recruiting talented personnel needed in different areas of Operations.

You will be working with HR and hiring managers to suggest improvements to job descriptions, interview process and candidate experience enhancements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Update the recruitment and selection platforms to measure the processes indicators SAP (Successfactor)

- Assure the correct tracking of the recruitment process for Operations.

- Manage recruitment vendor as: background check, medical check, psychometrical test, and job boards for talent searching.

- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verify references; compare qualifications to job requirements. Use proactive methods (specifically social media channels) to direct source candidates, stay current on industry and functional trends to further build Gates Talent Community

- Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

Requirements And Preferred Skills

- 2 to 4 years of progressive recruiting experience

- Advanced English level (conversational)

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
