we are seeking an experienced industrial safety leader to oversee health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives within an industrial operation.
- lead and execute the site's ehs strategy with a strong focus on accident prevention and continuous improvement.
- ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- conduct risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- coordinate emergency response programs, brigades, and contractor safety management.
- monitor ehs kpis, incident investigations, and compliance metrics.
- lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including emissions and waste management programs.
- promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and safety improvement initiatives.
qualifications - bachelor's degree in industrial,



environmental, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in ehs/safety leadership roles within an industrial environment.
- advanced english proficiency (written and verbal).
- strong knowledge of mexican ehs regulations, risk management, and safety systems.
- proven leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
- experience with iso *, iso *, and iso * management systems.
- knowledge of nfpa standards, emergency response planning, and incident investigation methodologies.
- experience developing and implementing ehs systems, processes, and compliance programs.
