What will you do?
Support for improvement activities arising from the rewards program
Support for savings projects arising from KAIZEN events
Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities
Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program
Generation of savings projects
Follow-up to standardization of best practices
Line balancing
A3 development
How will you do it?
Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation
Tools for analysis and problem solving
Time and movement studies
Projects management
Process mapping
Environmental system 14001
What we look for?
Engineering or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience
Preferably experience in the HVAC industry
Advanced English
Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)
Knowledge of the OEE
Excel domain and power point
Knowledge of autocad
