Key Responsibilities
1 Design Architecture Translate complex application requirements into functional efficient and reusable code
2 Development Develop backend systems APIs and microservices for high-volume low latency applications
3 Testing Debugging Identify bottlenecks, write unit and integration tests and resolve bugs to ensure optimal performance
4 Collaboration Work alongside frontend developers UX designers and DevOps teams to integrate solutions across the tech stack
5 Maintenance Produce detailed design documentation and support continuous improvement by investigating new technologies
Core Skills Qualifications




1 Programming Languages Advanced Proficiency in Core Java J2EE and related ecosystems Java 8 or higher
2 Frameworks Strong experience with modern Java frameworks like Spring Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security and Hibernate
3 Database Management Proficiency in Relational Databases RDBMS like MySQL Oracle or PostgreSQL as well as writing complex SQL queries
4 Tools Infrastructure Familiarity with build tools Maven Gradle version control Git and CICD pipelines
5 Methodologies Solid understanding of Object-oriented Design OOD and Agile Scrum methodologies
