Role: Sales Development Representative (Finance/Accounting Industry Experience Required ) Contract: Part-time Remote Contractor (5 - 20 hours weekly / 20 - 80 hours monthly) Service Hours: Versátil Rate: $10 - $13.75 USD hourly (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location) Availability to Start: Immediately Additional Benefits: Bonus and commission incentives included Client's Profile This US-based accounting and advisory firm supports individuals and businesses with tax preparation, bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO services. They take a hands-on, personalized approach to help clients stay compliant, manage their finances effectively, and make informed decisions for long-term growth. What You'll Do As a Sales Development Representative, you will operate as a fractional sales lead, responsible for identifying gaps in the company's current marketing and sales approach, building the supporting infrastructure (SOPs, playbooks, and tech stack), and executing a high-impact outbound strategy. This role is designed for someone who has been there and done that and can comfortably step in, take ownership, and drive results with minimal hand-holding. Your core responsibilities will include the following: Sales Architecture & SOP Building Build the Sales Development function from the ground up, including lead scoring frameworks, outreach cadences, and qualification criteria. Create and document SOPs for outbound calls, email sequences, and Linked In social selling in collaboration with the company. Vet, recommend, and configure the appropriate tools (CRM, outreach platforms, data sources) to ensure a scalable sales process. Outbound Strategy & Execution Identify and qualify high-potential leads using Linked In, industry databases, and advanced web research to maintain a strong pipeline aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Verify contact details,



job titles, and firmographic data to ensure outreach targets the correct decision-makers. Execute high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and Linked In to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers. Continuously A/B test messaging and scripts, refining outreach based on performance and real-world feedback. Manage the lead funnel to consistently generate warm, qualified meetings for the Founder to close. Data & Analytics Provide weekly reports on outreach volume, open rates, response rates, and conversion ratios (Leads to Discovery Meetings). Continuously refine and validate ICP targeting to ensure focus remains on high-probability prospects. What You Should Have Must-haves: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Outbound Sales, ideally within B2 B professional services (Accounting, Finance, Operations, Consulting or Professional Services). At least 2 years of experience working remotely with clients or companies based in the US, UK, Canada, and/or Australia, with demonstrated ability to adapt to international business practices At least 1 year of experience managing B2 B sales, with a proven track record of identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and pitching and closing professional services engagements. Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including social media campaigns, thought-leadership content, and basic SEO to support lead generation efforts.



Ability to confidently represent the firm's brand and value proposition to executives, finance leaders, and business owners. Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level or similar) to track leads, manage client relationships, and maintain accurate pipelines. Strong sales and client service orientation, with the ability to convert qualified leads into long-term, high-value engagements. Proficiency with sales and marketing tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools. Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as , Google Workspace, and Vo IP systems. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients. Demonstrated ability to engage clients with professionalism and empathy, while understanding and aligning to their financial and consulting needs. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment. Can self-audit performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements with minimal direction. Reads prospect sentiment well and adjusts communication style in real time based on the situation. Adapts quickly when strategies are underperforming and uses data to guide decisions objectively.
