Job Description Management of the HR VP office to ensure proper assignment of resources, planning, follow of deliverables to meet deadlines for strategic projects and tasks required.
Gathering of data and analysis for presentations (internal and external)
Planning of meetings (Direct reports, HR community, Leaders)
Budget control of assigned economic resources
Agenda Planning and Management of HR VP (trips, meetings, attend visits)




Events Management (Logistics Planning, Budget Control, Liaison with purchasing)
The profile will be in development under the mentorship of the VP, with the potential to transition in 1 to 2 years into the Compensation and Benefits department or another area within HR.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or data analytics.
Advanced English language skills
Microsoft Office and digital tools
