Are you ready?nnPosition Overview: n nThe Human Resources Leadership Development Program is a two-year program that involves two assignments in an Eaton manufacturing facility that each last 12 months. In an effort to maximize your development, each assignment has the potential to have you placed in different facilities,
different businesses, and/or different functions during the length of your program. Your assignments will give you multiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You will also could interact with and present to Eaton leaders during your assignments. nnAfter completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths related field of human resources.nn## Qualifications:nnBasic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements): nu2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in labor psychology, Administration or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and average of 8.0 or higher nu2022 Geographical flexibility to relocate. nu2022 Ability to speak a second language fluenty (English) nu2022 Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community nu2022 Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange or others. n#LI-MB2nnPreferred Qualifications: nu2022 Al least 6 month of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.nnAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
