Goods & Services is looking for a Senior Performance Tester with software testing experience, specializing in JMeter-based performance engineering. Expert in complex workload modeling, cloud-based load testing, CI/CD integration, and deep analysis of system metrics to identify bottlenecks, scalability risks, and tuning opportunities. Strong collaborator delivering actionable insights through clear technical and executive-level reporting.

What you’ll need:

5+ years of experience in Software Testing.

Solid expertise in Performance Testing with JMeter.

Experience scripting complex performance scenarios using JMeter with advanced plugins and custom functions.

Proficient in designing workload models aligned with non-functional requirements and business objectives.

Hands-on expertise with cloud-based performance testing platforms (e.g., Azure Load Testing, BlazeMeter) for simulating load, analyzing results, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.

Skilled in analyzing and interpreting performance test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.

Experience monitoring system metrics (CPU, memory, network, database)



during load tests to correlate infrastructure performance with application behavior.

Knowledge of performance tuning strategies across applications, databases, and infrastructure layers.

Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts such as capacity planning, scalability, and reliability testing.

Experience preparing detailed performance test reports and dashboards for technical and executive audiences.

Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Nice to have:

Experience with other performance testing tools (e.g., Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner).

Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Dynatrace).

Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and their performance testing considerations.

Scripting/programming skills (Groovy, Python) for test automation.

Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated performance testing (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
