Jr. Supervisor (Call Center)

Requirements The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role includes managing and optimizing payroll systems, calculating wages, deductions, and adjustments, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally,
the Senior Payroll Specialist addresses and resolves any payroll -related inquiries or issues, provides support for payroll -related concerns, and ensures the integrity of payroll data. This position requires a thorough understanding of payroll procedures and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios efficiently.
Job responsibilities and functions
Manage the payroll cycle from start to finish, including data entry, processing, and distribution.
Calculate wages, deductions, and adjustments, including overtime, bonuses, and other compensation -related items.
Maintain and verify the accuracy and integrity of payroll data and records.
Ensure all calculations adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare and generate detailed payroll reports for review by management and external auditors.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation and record -keeping for payroll activities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Stay up -to -date on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Identify and recommend improvements to payroll processes and systems.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources and Finance, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Coordinate with HR to update employee information and handle any payroll -related changes.
