Support sustaining activities, desing engineering and problem solving activities on new and existing products of the assigned product platforms. Coordinates and support product engineering projects as an integral part of the development and manufacturing teams for NPD and on-going engineering support to address customer satisfaction, improve manufacturing costs, reliability and RTY with emphasis on mechanical product.
- Support evaluation of existing product related to design, manufacturing, customer complaints, quality deficiencies and performance issues and develop creative solutions.
- Support improvements of current designs by reducing cost, improving producibility, quality, testability, increasing robustness and improving reliability.




- Participate in new product development and Product transfers activities, such as testing, documentation, releases to Manufacturing and in the introduction of new processes and technologies
- Coordinate Product Engineering Changes, qualifying and implementing changes, and closing with the Product Change Review Board notification and approval.
- Support statistical methods for data collection, analysis and problem solving
- Participate in innovation forums, summits, projects & provide sustainable proposals from existing products & technologies, as well as trendy apps
- Support over materials properties and behavior for manufacturing processes
