Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified **Customer Service Assistant**. This position will be located in **Tala, Jalisco, Mexico.**
**What you'll do at Fall Creek**:
- The Customer Service Assistant is a support position responsible for delivering Fall Creek’s mission; to bring exceptional plants and solutions to optimize customer success.
- The Customer Service Assistant is responsible to support a key area within Fall Creek Mexico in order to deliver the best customer service experience.
**What you bring to Fall Creek**:
- Keep tracking of all collection and Sekoya licensee and sublicensees changes and updates.
- Keep tracking of royalties to be paid by customers per year.
- Quotes to customer as per request
- Sales & Marketing events coordination
- Acquisition of promotional and souvenirs
