1. Set up SMT ASM equipment, make and debug new procedures;
3. Set the targets of periodic rolling rate, balance rate and discarding rate of SMT SMT equipment, and implement improvement according to plan, and track the results;
4. Improve and monitor the realization of equipment KPI, keep the production line equipment in good condition, make equipment maintenance plan and supervise the implementation of the team;
5. Record the maintenance problems in the library of consumables and equipment parts required for the maintenance of SMT equipment, so as to better solve the problems in time;
6. Trained and assessed the operation skills of production line technicians and operators;
7. Production line procedure change and maintenance, production machine type switch and line change;
8. Make and implement weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance plans for equipment;
9. Continuously improve the quality problems in the production process and do a good job of prevention.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
