**TruFluency KIDS! Spanish Immersion Online is a passionate company of teachers, curriculum writers, and language acquisition researchers.**
**We currently need 10 teachers to teach energetic, dynamic ONLINE Spanish lessons to children ages 4 - 17 throughout the USA.**
**This position is ONLINE ONLY - not in person.**

**Details about the job**:
**You choose how many classes you teach - no minimum hours required. You could 2 hours a week or 10 hours a week. This is your decision.**
**Maximum classroom size of only 6 children!**
**Classes start at 9 am and end at 9 pm every day - you choose the schedule you want.**
**All curriculum is given to you with all materials needed for the classes. You will have music videos, lesson plans, teacher training for THE MOST EFFECTIVE Spanish teaching.**
**You simply bring your Spanish, your many years of experience teaching children, and love of teaching. MUST HAVE ENERGY, a sweet disposition with the children, and eager to speak in English to the parents to encourage them to sign up for another class or answer their questions.**
**We are serious about our jobs and care deeply about our students. We are looking for energetic, passionate instructors that can engage students in meaningful conversation and instruction. And have fun!**
**We use Waldorf, Natural Approach,



and TPRS (emphasis on the storytelling and question/answer method). We will send you some videos on how to use our lesson plans. Every lesson plan comes with videos on how to use it. You must...**
**have at least 1 year of experience teaching children**
**have at least 6 months experience teaching children online or teaching online**
**-be a Spanish speaker (or show fluency)**
**-be able to speak English during your interview and with the parents. B2 level or above.**
**-always be on time (preferably early to log in to Zoom)**
**-have a fun and energetic nature with the children. Encouraging and sweet.***:

**-be able to use Zoom easily and know how to use all the elements of Zoom (watch videos please!)**
**Must use TPRS, move your hands every time you talk, and understand TRULY what immersion means. It DOES NOT mean translate every sentence. That is NOT immersion.**
**Why we are unique: We do not micromanage but give you an array of materials to use in class.**
