**VIVA Virtual Assistants** are skilled and experienced professionals who can help business owners based in the US generate more revenue.
Assist in a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep the client’s business running smoothly: customer service, marketing, social media, data entry, inside sales, retention, and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- **Billingual Positon. ( C1-C2 Level)**:
- **Customer Service experience or Call Center experience is a plus.**:
- **Virtual Assistant or Project Management experience is a plus.**:
- **Internet. The VA must have reliable high-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps connection.**:
- **Laptop or desktop computer fully dedicated to the position.**:
- **A dedicated and quiet place to work. VIVA requires VAs to work in a quiet place free of distractions throughout their shift to provide the best service possible to clients**
