Collage degree (in related ingenireeng)
English 100%(preferent)
2-year experience in Manufacturing Environment preferably in Production Maintenance
Ability to learn facility inventory control and purchasing Software
System Knowledge, ability to learn new software and adapt to the needs of Facility Engineering
Time Management and communication skills are to be successful in this position
Excellent Excel Great communications skills, both written and verbal
Technical knowledge of spare parts and specifications
Material sourcing (develops specifications and determines material requirements for new contracts orders)
Request for quotes (contract existing suppliers to request quotes for spare parts)
Purchase order Launch (processes purchase orders)
Good receipt (plans, schedules, and monitors the inbound movement of material)




Good issue material (performs systematic material transfer to another warehouse)
Invoice management (submits invoices for vendor payment)
Track materials in transit to the facility to give an update
