**Industrial Engineering Supervisor.**
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Coordinate with Program Managers groups development strategies for new products.
- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects
- Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
- Ensure compliance to all procedures, part activations and forecasts
- Work closely with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products
- Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports




- Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electromechanical.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Industrial Enginering Supervisor.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with semi-automated manufacturing equipment a plus
- Ability to communicate and coordinate activities
- Can work closely with cross-functional departments
- Knowledge of quality systems & standards, ISO & IATF-16949
- Project Management certification
