**Position Scope**
Has the authority to define the position profile for each cell and/or work team to designate who must operate the machines for the hiring of operational personnel. Has the authority to stop any process or activity when the environment, safety and/or quality is at risk. Has the authority to stop any process due to lack of production plan, lack of technical documentation, lack of training for operational personnel.
**Requirements**:
- Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineers or similar careers.
Have an advanced level of English (especially necessary for the purchase and installation of imported machinery).
- Valid visa
**Technical skills**:Core tools, auditor interno, 8 DS, Interpretación de Planos, Manejo de Auditorías, Técnicas de Calidad, Mapeo de Procesos, Conocimientos IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3, administración del SGC,, KPI's
