As a Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating meaningful connections with both new and existing clients in the dynamic Production space. Your responsibilities encompass the end-to-end project management cycle, ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to closure. **Working Schedule**: The role will initially be part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and may become full-time.
**Rate paid in USD: 11.70 per hour**
**Responsibilities**:
- Elevate Creative Producer standards by delivering solution-driven resources in the production space.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project and account management.
- Respond to client inquiries, fostering open communication and addressing questions effectively.
- Book, plan, and schedule Production projects from start to finish.
- Conduct consultative production meetings, guiding clients through the intricacies of pre-production, production day, and post-production processes.
- Drive lead generation efforts to explore new business opportunities.
- Generate estimates, and invoices,



and actively support collection efforts.
- Contribute to team growth by assisting with training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay up dated and enhance your expertise through continuous learning opportunities, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional customer service, outreach, communication, and sales skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring seamless client interactions.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other word-processing software.
- Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:

- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background
**Education & Experience Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance,



or supervisory role required.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing when at networking or other in-field events.
