Our client has been a property management company since the 90s, and they promise to give top-notch service to the associations they work with, always keeping innovation and professionalism in mind.
We are looking for an **Collections Agent **to support the following activities:
- Processes heavy phone call volume of customer account inquiries and concerns
- Respond to written account inquires and requests
- Follow up on billing issues
- Process monthly late charges, interest, late letters and pre-liens
- Administer association collection policies for delinquent owners
- Monitor delinquent accounts for additional collection activity
- Work with association’s collection attorneys




- Track and log owner payments that are forwarded to a third-party processor
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday,
- Standard schedule 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time
- Daylight saving: 09:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time

**Requirements**:
- **ADVANCED ENGLISH**:
- Around 1 to 2 years of experience in collection or billing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking in English.
- Tech Savvy.
- Basic Excel.
