Experience in retail, ecommerce, or consulting in high-growth companies.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
**Desirable**:
Experience presenting business plans at the C-level.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence languages.
**Skills**:
Data analysis (Excel, familiarity with BI desirable).
Project management and effective communication.
Creativity, innovation, and decision-making.
Experience in highly analytical roles.
Excellent Excel and Google Forms skills.
Knowledge of project management and data manipulation.
