About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing high-volume billing operations, including invoicing, issuing credit notes, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies. You'll communicate with customers via phone and email, generate reports, and handle credit card and ACH disputes. Strong collaboration with internal departments is key to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Managing a high-volume email inbox
Invoicing and credit notes
Generate customer reports
Resolving billing discrepancies
Processing payments
Interdepartmental communication
Credit card and ACH disputes
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience doing Billing
Excel Knowledge
90% reading, writing, and English comprehension
Pro-active
critical thinker
Work under pressure
