XZB México automotive company is looking for a **Quality Supervisor**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, etc.)
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of IATF16949 / Internal audits
Activities:
- Report quality defects to production leaders to ensure immediate action.
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of production by coordinating technicians and quality inspectors.
- Investigations of the part problem
- Attend and correspond to the client's audit.
- Work with the quality team to ensure strategies, standards, and objectives are achievable.
- Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization at all levels.
- Preparation of incident reports, quality report records, statistical reviews,
and updated relevant documentation.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
- Update quality procedures to comply with area processes.
- Train and give feedback to your team members.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Quality in the automotive industry: 5 years (preferred)
