**Requirements**:
Intermediate Excel
Advanced English (90%)
High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in automotive or HVAC systems preferred.
Proven experience in maintaining seat comfort systems, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of lumbar support mechanisms, heating and cooling elements, and ventilation technology.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in seat comfort systems.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics related to seat comfort components.
Proven experience in automatic machines
PLC knowledge
Knowledge in electronics, pneumatic, hidraulic and mechanics systems
**Activities**:
Establish production standard work based product requirements
Managing manufacturing processes based on standard work, such as efficiency, product requirements, norms and automotive standards




Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and production performance
Resolve issues and delays in production
Reduce costs and maximize OEE and Quality objectives
Train staff in new and existing processes
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
Establish a guideline of manufacturing process troubleshooting and repairing equipment
Testing new equipment, processes, procedures and systems
