**Job Summary**
As the Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for undertaking all bookkeeping activities, including bank and credit card reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
**Your duties will include**
- Transactions categorization.




- Asset and liability reconciliations (including payroll).
- Ensure all vendors are maintained for 1099 processing.
- General ledger maintenance.
- Conducting month-end and year-end book closings and clean-up.
- Producing monthly financials including income statements and balance sheets.
- Preparation of working papers to support month and year-end statements.
- Keep up-to-date client checklists and informational sheets.
- Expected to review and train other team members' work.
**Qualifications**
- Must have solid QuickBooks Online experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Very reliable.
- Extremely organized.
