**MRO Technician**
**Summary**: Are you skilled in procurement and eager to make a tangible impact on our production sites? We're seeking a dedicated MRO Technician to oversee the purchasing of raw materials, maintenance-repair & offices (MRO), and tools for our two production facilities. Join us and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of essential supplies to support our operations.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily MRO purchasing activities, including RFQs, purchase orders, requisitions, and lead-time inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of MRO requisitions through our IPOS System.
- Oversee the entire procure-to-pay process, from PO creation to final payment authorization, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Meet monthly budget targets and report any deviations in account expenditure.




- Identify and implement process efficiency solutions to optimize procurement operations.
**To thrive in this role, you'll need**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial engineering, business administration, or MRO procurement.
- Proficiency in English, with advanced communication skills.
- Availability Monday to Friday from 6 am to 4 pm.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and prices from suppliers.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant systems for effective procurement management.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate procurement data and drive continuous improvement.
