- Analyze business requirements and provide technical guidance
- Enhance/ ensure quality and compliance of integrated data and processes
- Support in change management activities
- Continuously monitor system and feature performance and initiate measures if required
- Address technical issues, provide timely resolution and lead the escalation process if required
- Support operational improvement activities and supervise external providers
- Collaborate with all parties involved in the respective processes on day-to-day and ad-hoc requests
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentations, such as design documents, user manuals and project closure/ implementation documents




- Time management and planning required to support in multiple business unit needs and projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements in a fast-paced environment

- Degree in Business Studies with majors in Procurement
- First professional experiences in master data management with a good understanding of crossfunctional processes
- Proficient in related IT systems including functionalities and tools
- Excellent understanding of system workflows, dependencies and inter-dependencies
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Pro-active personality with balanced focus on quality and pragmatic solutions
- Versátil, works well in a team environment
- Proficient Business English
