The Tool Room Supervisor is responsible for manage the correct functionality of the injection molding tools, RF Dies and Metal Stamping Dies, to have the operational equipment in excellent conditions. Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance tools/molds methodologies and manage an excellent customer service culture to all the different internal departments. Strong skills and broad knowledge of machining practices and fundamentals, which include machine operations, fixtures development and molds/tools configuration for different techs such as plastic injection molding, Radio Frequency Welding and Metal Stamping with high critical analysis during the operation. High knowledge on CNC’s equipment’s, tooling grinders, saws, drillers equipment’s, lathes, vertical mills and EDM machines and others similar tool room equipment’s. - Develops short
