Experiência y requisitos
- Specific job skills o Strong knowledge of methods, practices, techniques and equipment used in lab testing o Working knowledge of maintenance activities o Safety awareness to ensure that all assigned tasks are handled in a safe manner o Teamwork with all levels - Competencies/ Behavioral capabilities o Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related field o + 3 Years in Quality Systems and in process environment o Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systems o English Fluent (90%) o Office package (work, excel, power point, power BI) o Good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively interface with others o Highly developed organizational skills o Ability to work well and manage with diverse types of people o In-depth knowledge on raw material,



product and process o In-depth knowledge of the lab testing on raw materials o Fluent in analysis and capable of driving conclusions Accountability and scope factors o Level of complaints (Defects in Parts per Million (PPM)) o Rejection% o Achievement of satisfactory results in internal and external audits. o Calibrated equipment in good condition. o Quarantine Inventory Levels and Aging o Supplier Corrective Actions follow up
