**Warehouse Supervisor**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise Warehouse Staff.
- Supervise the proper Receiving and Shipping procedures in Oracle and/or other Systems.
- Coordinates with IMP/EX & Internal Carriers Shipping activities to all/from sites and DC.
- Ensure on time delivery of FG to the Customers and other sites.
- Issues Interplant material shipments as required.
- Ensures 99% Inventory Accuracy of Site thru best practices and root cause analysis.
- Supervise Warehouse Staff.
- Problem Solving related to daily system challenges.
- Monitors Forklift and Electronic Equipment tools to ensure optimal conditions.
- Coordinate the Operations within multiple Copeland locations.
- Coordinates Cycle Counting Program.
- Supports Continuous Improvement in material handling and inventory accuracy.
- Use of the Best Practices, Company’s Policies and Teamwork Environment.
**Required Basic Skills**
- 3 years' bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience
- 3 - 5 years' experience in the Maquiladora Environment
- 70-80% English
**Preferred**
- Experience in Staff Managing
- Experience with Warehousing, Inventories & Supply Chain Flow
- Oracle Experience Preferred
- Excel proficiency
