Responsible for determining the training and development needs of employees among different company areas. Responsible for implementing and maintaining production areas onboarding training. Responsible to lead and coordinate internal trainers. Responsible for scheduling and implementing the annual training and development plan. Responsible to stablish contact with specialized companies, educational institutions and external consultants to update the courses inventory. Preparation and administration of training and development budget. Controls the selection, production and acquisition of training material and submits them for Management approval. Coordinates and/or participates in the logistics and implementation of the training and development courses required by the training program. Evaluates the effectiveness of the training and development program and proposes improvement recommendations.



Establishes and reports training and staff development indicators. Assures that job descriptions maintain updated. Assures the safeguard and integrity of the training and development process data base and documents. Assures compliance before the corresponding legal authorities and company internal/external certifications. Participates in the implementation of motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational and sporting events. Supports the attention of internal and/or external audits.
