**Responsibilities**:
- Provide and negotiate rates ensuring profitability using carrier database
- Coordinate available carriers with freight flow from direct clients
- Communicate with carriers and resolve issues
- Provide high quality follow up customer service and transit monitoring
- Seek out potential new clients and introduce company capacity for sales opportunities
**Requirements**:
- English B2
- Customer service skills
- Self Motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team environment

- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Ease of words
- Experience of 1 year
