**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive training program on Lean Six Sigma, from Yellow Belt to Master Black Belt level.
- Conduct TQM and 5S training sessions, focusing on quality management and organizational efficiency.
- Assess and certify team members at various belt levels of Six Sigma.
- Mentor and coach employees throughout their Lean Six Sigma training and projects.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Track and report on training progress, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process excellence and training.
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record as a trainer.




- At least 5 years of experience in training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma within a BPO or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of Kaizen, TQM, and 5S methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and engage participants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
