Manage the customers discrete and program orders on a daily basis.
- Controls discrete orders to insure 100% on time delivery performance. Analyze customer behavior and programs and provide solutions to achieve a 100% on time rate.
- Manage additions, changes, and deletions to the customer programs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve our customer programs.
- Supports Customers and Outside Sales with Quotes as requested.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries, open quotes, and unresolved requests to insure resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Fasteners /MRO: 2 years (preferred)
- SAP: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
