Responsible for supervising and coordinating the human and material resources of the production area under his charge, ensuring that the production and quality objectives of our products are met. Adjusts staff or HC + 5o people and follows up on payroll incidents, as well as disciplinary measures; ensuring the correct execution of pre-payroll, among other activities of the position. Project management and data-driven decision making.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, bio Engineering or related
- 5 years of Experience as a Production Supervisor
- Bilingual, written and conversational English
- Experience in Lean / Six Sigma tools
- Knowledge in ERP system




- Preferably experience in têxtile processes, assembly or medical environment
- Ability to communicate with the different levels of the organization
- Ability to lead several work teams
- Schedule availability
