**Job Summary**:
- Direct responsible of Quality metrics indicators such as 0, 1,3, 12 MIS, IQS, QCS, VDS, DQS for responsible project.
- Coordinates with Manager support Cross Functional Teams activities to solve Quality Issues Quickly (GEMBA Activities) through collaboration with related functions (CST's,TCS, MFG, R&D;, VPM, VPDM, SO, etc).
- Escalates with manager support issues as required with Executives (aCVE, DIRs, VPs)
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze Quality Data and Create Monthly Quality metrics with manager support.
- Coordinate GEMBA activities (Line walks with related CST's at NMEX Plants/Suppliers).
- Summarizes warranty Information and clarify VOC, Reports problems or potential problems to supervisor immediately.
- Collaborates, provides quaity data to related R&D; areas to solve quality issues.
- Monitor main project quality metrics trend and reports to manager
- Coordinates and supports with manager companion to groups for evaluation/audits (IQS/Safe Launch, etc).
- Follow up CM development, provides warranty data request for R&D; Analysis.
- Tracks CM adoption and effectiveness with R&D;/Manager support to identify necessities for further actions required.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Performs own duties based on a plan considering next steps given by Manager




- Basic Quality metrics indicators for automotive industry (desirable)
- Capable to Create, maintain and upgrade project quality KPI's reportwith supervision.
- Report/Explain summary status, presentation/Communigation Skills.
- Proactive, Collaborative, Negotiation Skills, Self-learning mindset.
- Presentation/Communication Skills.
- Microsoft office (Excel advanced skills).

**Education**:
Desirable Engineering Bachelor Degree (Mechanical engineer, Mechatronic engineer, Automotive engineer, automotive system engineer, etc)
**Course/Certifications**:
- Ability to collect, analyze and summarize market field/warranty information.
- Excel (Advanced) to operate, classify and make analysis of Big data (Warranty data base)
- Basic Automotive Industry Knowledge and basic Manufacturing Process Knowledge.
- Can read/understand basic drawing specifications with manager support.
- Planning and control of tasks.
