Responsible to execute Maintenance and Manufacturing strategies to accomplish Plant Goals. Plan and optimize resources within the entire Plant, execute strategic predictive maintenance to reduce corrective breakdowns. Stablish proper KPIs to monitor and increase effectiveness, reduce expenses, and develop proper root cause analysis for major breakdowns and plan resources according Plant strategies. RESPOSIBILITIES + Maintain assets & building to ensure it is at full operational capacity. + Maintain production and facilities equipment in good condition through Maintenance Plans. + Work in continuous improvements to increase equipment availability. + Contact with suppliers and buyers. + Management of the tool crib inventories. + Carry out periodic evaluations of the personnel in charge + Develop technicians in the different teams of the process + Compliance of KPI’s as: Down time,



Preventive Maintenance, Mean time to repair (MTTR) and Mean time between fail (MTBF).
Experiência y requisitos
+ Industrial, Mechanic, Electric and Mechatronics Engineer. + 5 years of experience in similar position + Experience in medical industry. + Knowledge in Industrializations of Plants and preventive maintenance. + Proficient with Microsoft Office. + English proficiency
