Our client is a venture-backed startup aimed to facilitate the RFP (licitación/tender) process.
We are seeking a Product Manager / Scrum Master who will lead the development and execution of our product roadmap while ensuring agile practices are embraced and implemented effectively within the team. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and an agile mindset to drive product innovation and team efficiency.
**Responsabilidades principales**
**Product Management**
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
- Measure and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive product growth.
**Scrum Master**
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared,



and team members are empowered to take ownership of their work.
- Identify and remove impediments that obstruct the team's ability to achieve sprint goals.
- Coach team members in Agile practices and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and ready for sprint planning
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
