Job Description Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP maturity assessment project across relevant business functions.
Evaluate the utilization and adoption of key SAP modules such as PP, FI/CO, MM, and others as applicable.
Identify opportunities for optimization of SAP functionality and system usage.
Develop a comprehensive process improvement roadmap aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews with cross-functional teams.




Prepare clear assessment reports, findings, and recommendations for leadership teams.
Ensure effective project governance, timelines, and communication across stakeholders.
Required qualification:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SAP-related or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (PP, FI/CO, MM) and their integration points.
Experience conducting system maturity assessments or business process evaluations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
