- Responsible for supporting the sustainability of the business through the implementation, evaluation and improvement of the BOS system. Ensures that best practices are implemented and leads continuous improvement activities and related communication and training.- Mentors all site leaders and employees in factory- Leads site deployment, closely monitors B.O.S. maturity scorecards and develops actions to enhance current situation-




- Teaches continuous improvement thinking & leads process improvement efforts on a daily basis, primary focus is on experiential learning by working “in the process”- Ensure all functions knowledge is aligned with the BOS standards- Conducts Site Steering Team Meetings- Leads Vision Workshops, Organizational and Supply Chain base line analysis for guiding the team to find opportunities.- Establishes an annual improvement work plan (Workshops plan)- Leads BOS deployment, assessment and improvement- Establishes an annual Savings Plan- Participates on Best Practices sharing process- Act as a consultant for the asigned sites for the Lean Manufacturing Tools and their implementation**Escolaridad / Certificaciones**:
