Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our Helpware team.
**Position Overview**:
**As a Customer Support Representative, you will be addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Ability to quickly learn and employ new and existing workflows as business needs evolve
- Other tasks as necessary
**Qualifications**:
- 6-12 mo in a retail environment
- Fluency in English with professional English writing skills
- Full-time availability
- Women's retail knowledge in sizing, plus sizing, fabric, etc.
- Knowledge in return processing, order management, crisis-management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with a luxury brand is a plus
- Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
- Experience working with Reamaze/Shopify Plus is a plus
