Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Equipment Maintenance Manager _located in _Guadalajara, South_._
- Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, Equipment Maintenance Manager role involves_ _Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Directs daily department activities to optimize equipment utilization and support production needs._
- _ Establishes preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability._




- _ Forecasts operating costs and prepares budget requests for the department._
- _ Reviews and determines material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements._
- _ Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations._
- _ Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function._
- _ Administers safety programs to maintain a safe and clean workplace for employees._
- _ Generates maintenance logs and other operational metrics for performance evaluation._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience with automation systems._
- _ Proficiency in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes._
- _ Previous management experience demonstrating leadership skills._
- _ Intermediate proficiency in English._
- _ Ability to conduct in-depth engineering analysis._
