In Donaldson the Supply Chain Manager will manage the planning department for scheduling the demand according to the customer's delivery date and when it should be manufactured based on an elaborated production plan.
Main functions:
- Create and manage the process of resource planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and Capacity Requirement Planning.- Lead and set up correct levels of inventory according to the demand and customers orders.- Specific measurements of orders planned are needed within a certain time period to deliver on time.- Analyze the demand and establish the production needs based on the capacity for the fulfillment of the plant.- Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization,



supply chain optimization and product transfers.- Support strategic alignment between integral, regional, and site Operational strategies as needed to support business growth trajectory, customers service expectations and optimize cost.- Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or desirable a Master's according to Job position.- 8+ years of Supply Chain or manufacturing experience- At least 3 years of experience as a Manager.- Make-to-order supply chain experience will be desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive experience.- Experience in other Operations disciplines beyond Supply Chain Planning, i.e. Production, Logistics, etc.
