The Warehouse Administrative will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse management and other teams such within the company to communicate the daily operations of warehouse administrative activities. Responsibilities also include providing management with accurate status updates on all warehouse activities including the processing of inventory transactions in the ERP and WMS systems. Responsible to communicate between warehouse and account management orders, reworks, and additional request. Ensure request are processed within set time frame to ensure product crosses to USA on time.
Experiência y requisitos
- Computer literacy is required. -Previous Lead Experience preferred (2+ years). -Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR. -Strong attention to detail. -Good organizational and time-management skills. -Great interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision (including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus) and hearing. -Ability to interpret and understand product shipment information from various orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy through preparation of transportation documents. -Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime if required. -Must have reliable transportation. -Visa to cross to USA is a plus
