The Control Testing Senior Associate position operates within the Quality team under the CIB Chief Operating Office. The position is responsible for testing and documenting the execution of Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) controls within CIB. The Sr. Associate will be responsible for (1) meeting with control owners to understand the control environment, (2) gathering the appropriate evidence of the control execution, (3) testing the control by evaluating and documenting the control evidence to determine control effectiveness and (4) communicating the results of the control test to stakeholders.
The Senior Associate will also contribute to the CIB Control Testing program partnering with stakeholders in their adherence to risk management practices. The Senior Associate will partner with the CIB RCSA teams, including the CIB Issues Management Manager on issues management remediation.
Senior Associate will provide support and direction for junior members of the control testing team. The role will coordinate the administration of the control testing and escalate problems with control documentation and evidence to US partners.
