**Job Description**:
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation, configuration,



and maintenance of Rockwell automation products and solutions.
- Installation and commissioning Install and configure Rockwell automation equipment and systems in industrial environments, ensuring they function properly and meet customer specifications.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in automation systems, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and maintain continuous equipment operation.
- Documentation Maintain accurate records of activities performed, including installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as provide detailed technical documentation as needed.
