**IT ERP Support Engineer**
**Requirements**:
- Systems Engineering or Computer science degree
- Engineering Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in IT ERP systems support and Business/Manufacturing Processes acknowledge, able to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- 70 % of English spoken
**Job Purpose**:
- Support and assistance related to ERP (enterprise resource planning) programs and processes.
- Assist throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing and tech support.
**Main Activities**:
- Supervisory or Team Leadership Experience: From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, and previous managerial, supervisory or project management experience.
- Technical Knowledge and Skills:



In-depth knowledge of relevant in ERP systems and strong Business/ Manufacturing Processes acknowledge.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
- SQL Queries for effective database management
- IIS Management
