**Finance Transformation Manager**
Full-time | Office: Mexico City

- As a member of the Americas Finance leadership team, you will drive finance transformation and strengthen financial operations and performance across the Americas region.**How a day-to-day would look like**:
- Assist in the execution of the Transformation Plan, which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
- Prioritize activities in the coming months and projects that derive from this Transformation.
- Improvement of forecast spend management, commercial decision support
What we need to see from you:
**We will require you to have as mandatory**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, or a related field
- Confirmed in-depth experience across accounting, finance processes, FP&A;, and business partnering in an international context
- High motivation for driving impact in project-based or interim roles
- Flexible and adaptable demeanor
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
**Desirable Requirements**:
- MBA and/or accounting qualification
- Experience in the tech industry or exposure to the tech space
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to facilitate change across levels and functions
