**Your function**
Responsible for initiating, developing and/or maintaining commercial contacts, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities (hunter) and providing support to the appointed vendor/partner/dealers (farmer), in order to realize the formulated commercial targets on lease penetration rate, and vendor/partner/dealer profitability conducted by a formulated sales strategy.

- Commercial Targets: Achieve commercial goals according to budget provided;

- Pipeline Follow up;
- Onboarding NBD Support.
**Your profile** Technical Knowledge**
- Finance, credit knowledge,



agricultural sector expertise, commercial management, and the structuring of credit and leasing.
**Skills and Competence**
- Commercial skills. Customer service.
