**YOUR ROLE**:
- Review and validate travel expenses in accordance with Corporate Standards.
- Continuous support and guidance to the employee, in accordance with the procedure, guideline and governance from Henkel standards.
- Validate the accounting of expenses in SAP by accurately controlling the information,



accounting for the Corporate Credit Card account statement and prepare the payment proposal.
- Work in accordance with Travel Expense policies to maintain a process aligned with local entities, Corporate Standards and local Tax Regulations.
- Notify delays in verifying expenses, both in the use of the Corporate Card and in advance; if necessary, interact with Human Resources for salary deductions where applicable.
- Reports based on requirements and demand.
- Maintain information in the expense tool when necessary, for example rules, corporate card information, etc.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's degree, preferrably on administrative field
- Desirable 1 year experience
- Advanced conversational english
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Intermediate Excel)
- Liking for customer service and attention
- Highly analytical and proactive
