We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a** Operations Manager Infrastructure**
**What you’ll do**:
- Work on tough problems with other team members and independently solve, with some guidance, very difficult technology problems.
- Demonstrates advanced tooling and techniques to other technical organizations throughout the company.
- Deliver service to customers; manage capacity across the delivery teams successfully scaling to meet customer demand.
- Uses new techniques, delivery experience and business knowledge to drive the enforce existing SOPs and develop new, efficient delivery processes.
- Work in complex landscape and support simplifying process and technology designs, propose and execute solutions to identified highly complex IT problems or process driven agile approaches.
- Execute services workflows and tracks operational metrics.
- Collaborate to implement new capabilities delivering business outcomes in terms of speed to value as well as client satisfaction.
- Ensure new platform capabilities are properlly introduced into steady operation.
**Preferred experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with outsourced and remote delivery teams as a virtual team member.
- Monitor and Approve/ Manage SLAs and Changes performed by Vendors
- Experience in working with Service Now for handling INCs/ RFCs/ Tasks/ Extracting Reports




- Must possess knowledge on On-Prem Networking concepts such as LAN/ WAN/ Load Balancer/ Switches/ Routers etc
- Knowledge on Palo Alto Firewalls configurations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on Overall Network and Application setup for directing vendors on problem resolution
- Knowledge on AWS Cloud Infra concepts on Networking, VMs, Load Balancers, Monitoring etc
- 4+ years of relevant experience in IT Service Management, Operations, or relevant project work.
- Ability to work in an agile and rapid changing environment with high quality deliverables.
- Resource would be responsible for process compliance and IT Service Management globally for platform infra.
- Role is the key stakeholder for IT governance
- Advanced English
